🔸 The Creative Process

This dress was born from one of Omar Khayyam’s most profound quatrains — a meditation on the fleeting nature of life, and the illusion of permanence. The poem speaks of glory and downfall, joy and stillness, and the ultimate truth that we arrive with nothing and leave with nothing.

The golden calligraphy printed across the chest recalls the shape of a broken cup — a symbol of majesty and fragility intertwined. The flowing, asymmetrical cut of the dress mimics the swirl of spilled wine or the curved edge of a fallen chalice.

The dominant black color embodies depth, timeless dignity, and the mystery of the unknown.
